The guess that is closest but does not exceed the final gross (including buyer's premium) auction price wins.

No purchase necessary. Price guesses are to be made for Tract 1 of the auction only. Price guesses are assumed to be in US Dollars. Price guesses must be received before the auction begins on Saturday, December 8th 2007 at 10:00 A.M. Central Time. If we receive multiple guesses from one person we will use the first one received. In the event of multiple winners, tnrealestate.com will divide the $1,000 prize equally among them. Winner(s) will be contacted within 48 hours of the end of the auction using whatever contact information was submitted with the guess. Winner must in turn contact tnrealestate.com within 5 business days to claim prize. In the event of a "no sale", there will be no prize awarded. Any dispute will be resolved at the sole discretion of tnrealestate.com.
